To forgive is

to open your heart

letting a prisoner out

and then discover that

the one imprisoned 

was you

We can forgive , forgetting , is not so easy. Can we ever truly trust again? Is that not the prison we find our self's in? Whear douts nag a way , like a ball and chain of the past?
