Well this poem represents my country and its people. It describes (poetically) the situations that we face, apply it to your country if you may. In my opinion we are like eachother, International brethren, of one blood, one skin and one spirit.
The White flame, in glory, purges history...
We walk a plain of torturous woes
Leaving footprints for others to follow.
In stirring we aggravate the settled dust,
It's fragrance and particles burning the nose.
Parched and hungry, the sorjourn continues,
The heat melting our hopes.
We sweat, we cry, we pray
But we are men who easily bruise.
Despite the wickedness of a thousand years
Despite the infinite of misery,
Red is the colour of our ways
Black is the colour of our strength
White the longevity of our spirit.

This Flag of Mine
The Red sea floods the Black earthThe White flame, in glory, purges history...
We walk a plain of torturous woes
Leaving footprints for others to follow.
In stirring we aggravate the settled dust,
It's fragrance and particles burning the nose.
Parched and hungry, the sorjourn continues,
The heat melting our hopes.
We sweat, we cry, we pray
But we are men who easily bruise.
Despite the wickedness of a thousand years
Despite the infinite of misery,
Red is the colour of our ways
Black is the colour of our strength
White the longevity of our spirit.
