Stay rooted in presence

When the wind of mind

tells you where to find

your true self

ignore it

because you will only become a lost autumn leaf

following the wind of thoughts

Stay rooted in silent presence

You are already your true self

Let the pure light of awareness

dissolve the shadow that you think you are

Now truly be

light and free

It's true, how deeply do we have to delve to find our Self, when it is us? To be truly light and free, what a gift we can give our Self.
