Why start the day with a newscast?




Newsworthy trash

 

its odd

how many
punch the starterbutton
for the latest flood
of yesterday's mayhem
and chaos

first thing at crack of dawn

 

feels as if

one should dive
into a smelly laundry bin

for today's 

debut on stage,

fine if you are

beggar on the roof

but no dress

for King of the hill

Teddy, I gave up on the news years ago. The minute something depressong begins, off with the radio. Amazing how much sifts through by way of mouth just the same.
I enjoyed this. It mirrors my feelings .
