Magic screen

To break the spell

 

of personal hell

 

just be quiet and greet every thought and feeling

 

with a silent seeing

 

Be and see that aliveness

 

is the awareness that you are

 

and everything that is seen

 

is an appearance on this magical silent screen

 

This space of presence our true essence
