It's Up to Me

It's up to me
To abstain from sex
To be faithful to my partner
To desist from sharing sharp object
And to ensure a safer blood transfusion

It's up to me
To know that condom is not safe

It's up to me
To protect my future
For HIV/AIDS is real
And it has no cure

It's up to me
And no one can do it for me

I disagree regarding condoms , the use of condoms are safer than the none use of them. I due to my age close to being 60. Can remember the embarrassment of byeing them. The only place where it were cool to get them was at the barbers. The barber asking '' Anything fore the weekend , sir?''. Now we can perches them at the supermarket. Condoms are got to have when I goo shopping. With my bread and eggs in my shopping trolly.
