As long as you smile

I would dig my own grave,
And lay to rest alive,
As long as you smile,

Taking a long thin blade,
Stabbing it through my chest,
As long as you smile,

Shedding out tears,
Like the clouds pour rain,
As long as you smile,

Because as long as you smile,
The sun will shine,
As long as you smile,
The stars will light up the night,
And as long as you smile,
I will be here,
But when that apocalyptic day comes,
And your smile fades away,
There will be nothing left for me,
As your smile means the world to me,

So smile,
If not for you,
For me

As long as you smile,
I will smile,
And join you,
In a place where there is only you and I,
Together like spring and flowers,
Never without one another,
Alone in the light rain showers,
We shall stand,

And if we are ever torn apart,
Searching for each other,
Till found,
Reunited,
So smile,
Just smile,
And as long as you smile,
All will be fine
