"For eternally and always there is only now, one and the same now; the present is the only thing that has no end"

Erwin Schrödinger

The timeless realm of the unknown

You can only think about the past or an imagined future

Let go of thinking and open up to the timeless "now"

Here find a simplicity beyond words

Enjoy the surprise of this unthinkable present

Enter the beautiful timeless realm of the unknown

The eternal moment without begining or end

The format of the poem reinforces the theme, for it is centered, it is neither left margined or right margined. It is aimed in one direction: at the reader, for the reader.

When the moment is very hard, is it not best to look to the future with hope? I don't know. Maybe it is about accepting the moment for what it is, and not judging it.

We are of the same mind, NT!
For musing on past and future may indeed open up a vast realm of anxiety: 'much better to dwell, on the here and now, / than to conjure a snake in the grass'.
This is a profound piece that resonates very deeply.
Many thanks!
