Never overeat, As it is bad, Food may be sweet, But, let excess be not had, If health is lost, Peace of mind expires, If you undergo fast, Health is back via controlled desires.
Please say at a stage enough
Your stomach you never stuff
More and more when you take
Bliss of your stomach you break
It starts sending distress signal
Declaring something abnormal
Then a scheme of huge paunch
Your stomach begins to launch
Your stomach becomes a bag
It decides then not to sag
It seems you are strangely pregnant
Though that is not for men meant
Sugar and blood pressure set in
Your body manufactures no insulin
You surely acquire drowsiness
And also a kind of dizziness
Body gets tiredness and fatigue
After becoming huge and big
You start going for full treatment
Waiting for doctor's appointment
If food intake is reasonably slashed
A solution is surely getting flashed.
