This is a Message in a Bottle.

Look at the tangled web I'm weaving
I think I'm trying to tell you something
Sometimes I dream about falling asleep
And wake to sleep
about falling while dreaming

This is a message in a bottle.

Remember--
Close your eyes and hold your breath
It's going to be ok, ok?
Promise?

I'm kissing your usual deception,
Tasting like
Streetlights and
A word that hasn't been invented yet.

[I think I'm trying to tell you something
But you can't hear anything underwater]

I'm not a skeptic anymore
I'd like to say
It feels so safe to still this red-rust heart
In the bluest sort of dark

I'm waiting.

Tell me when it's safe to breathe.

Sad but utterly beautiful. Love the stanza:

'I'm kissing your usual deception,
Tasting like
Streetlights and
A word that hasn't been invented yet.'

Clever and inventive imagery

Guess I am trying to tell you something,
That you are brilliant again in you ramblings,
Clutches my heart tight to think you're tumbling?
But my dear, the poem, is as usual resembling,
A perfect piece of art, not withstanding,
The pain that has brought about its creation!

(((((Hugs dear ink, you've done it again)))))

Love, xxx, Zoya
