Goodbye my love

You were the manifestation of my dream
You had everything I wanted
With a lot of things unwanted
I gave you pain
And in return I received equal

You vanished on a turning point
Now I have to gather courage
To move from here alone

I am sorry that I can't wait
Because I am not sweet sixteen anymore
I have a life and responsibilities to carry

You might come back and search for me
But you will only find the traces of my tears
So goodbye my love
It was a rollercoaster ride with you
I loved it and hated it
