from a work in progress
The extraordinary shall become common place
Outrage and Shock everyday news
Throngs and Mobs One Huge Scream of Mute Voice
FOOD SHELTER TRANSPORTATION CLOTHING RECREATION
MEDICINAL THERAPIES
ARCHETYPAL TEMPLES STACKED TO HEAVEN WITH BRAZEN IDOLS!
WORSHIP PROFANE OBJECTS WEIGHTLESS GHOSTSÂ
DRIFT IN HEAVY SPIRALS INTO NEGATIVE SPACE.
Something waits to code the MARK MADE
the human face turning inwards blind featuresÂ
spinning like THE WORLD no longer recognizable
existing only in an ever absent now ...WE SPEAK
Paying back the poisoned lightning, the stolen value of THUNDER
becomes only more deafening as we listen with interest on rented ears
bound utterly to the alien MIND that is owned by all we owe
those dark POWERS . THE . PRINCIPALITIES. THRONES .
cracks the foundations of THEE OLDE CLOCKTOWER .
All shall cry wildly in the darkness
waving seas of mad flags . Calling the names of false gods
In sad and awful facsimiles of praise and worship echoes
sacrificing the vacuum of THOUGHT
ALTARS OF NOTHINGNESS . . .
Finding branded on every tongue the WORDS
WRITTEN IN THE BOOK OF NIGHT .
