The sad machinery of destiny!

I've been sleeping for an hour.

Trying to leave the difficulties in the dream
but when I awake you are still here.

My drowsy will is resting in your eyes,
like I once did in your embrace.

You can see my flickering will,
my rainquiet longing.

Our bodies are resting
in the sad machinery of destiny.

You know, as do I, that we are over now,
but we rest in each other one last time.

In the power of this moment's resolute nature
we have found the greatest truth.
