Desert Drawings
In an artificial world were we alive
Until having nothing left to give
All the vital lights extinguish
Except my light that burns for you,
Never let me go
Never let me go
I shall wait while time remains
Saying, doing being whatsoever may
Just to hold your presence in the light of day
Dying for night darkness rains
Never let you go
Never let you go
Thoughts of Heavenly dues
Playing and paying for others tunes
Reading between the blues
Whilst wandering lost amidst the dunes
Never let us go
Never let us go
