Heaven rushed past on a bicycle last time I ate special mushrooms - it had a small, round picture of The Tweenies on the bell and unfortunately dodgy brakes -

I like this, I like to see an ampersand every now again, they resemble happy worms, squiggling in the throws of orgasm really.

i sense this is about losing the opportunity for something good... heaven went by on bicycle makes me think this opportunity was very visible but out of grasp... bent gates makes me think of irreparable deception, hurt... and anything we are close to achieving and end up losing will make anyone keep seeking for it in their life... the two dogs chasing each other in the graveyard makes me think of that... running around in circles... and the graveyard makes me think that the opportunity is dead yet its still being sought after.... this can be applied to either a relationship of love or friendship... i know that ive chased after ghosts of my past too... this is all of what your experiment made me think about :) mind goes off as usual hehe ;) very nice poem... enjoyed it :)

I can't pinpoint even why this poem strikes me so.

It is very fragmented. I am especially drawn to: gates bent

Reminds me a bit of Roethke. His journal entries.
