Sirocco Breeze
Close your eyesdrink deep, water from the lilies
gathered as they faced the
morning rain
Pure in thought, white as
softest virgin snow
set down your footsteps
you are my life – eternity
is you - mirrors never lie
For what is time outside of
yours and mine.
Would you have me stop it for a
second, take one step back that we
never would have met?
Let not one breath, come between
us, your presence ever felt.
In my holding you, I shall invite
the winds of heaven to dance between
our bodies.
Nothing else exists, an abyss of
emptiness surrounds these outer walls
Not even in my darkest dreams do
I crave my solitude from you.
Deep in smile your seductiveness - lingers
I have fallen far, swept along by
your warm melting Sirocco breeze
Come with nothing on your back, accept
my kisses
For on the dawn we shall awake,
as fragrant children - touched
only by each other
