Inspiriation triggered by the loss of loved ones that we all must endure in life.

And Then, You Were Gone

As you wander through brightest lights,
hand-in-hand with radiant beings,
what are you thinking?

Walking without you is lonely,
whilst you sail freely upon high ecstasy winds,
throw a star across the sky
for mere earthbound souls like me,
who can't yet soar, but still weep in our sleep.
