My existence, perhaps.
In a vast expanse of silent, haunting darkness,
But at least my being shines brightly
to someone, somewhere, gazing upwardly toward highest planes,
For a flicker of timeless, eternal hope,
I offer a glimpse of refuge from this earthly game;
Peace amongst the wreckage of life's infinite chaos.

In Your Eyes
In your eyes, like a star in the ceaseless void, I am a speck of existence,In a vast expanse of silent, haunting darkness,
But at least my being shines brightly
to someone, somewhere, gazing upwardly toward highest planes,
For a flicker of timeless, eternal hope,
I offer a glimpse of refuge from this earthly game;
Peace amongst the wreckage of life's infinite chaos.
