Being clear seeing

steady and still

An open Heart

embracing

 pleasure as well as pain

sunshine as well as rain

With courage and endurance

  stay

in this way

 knowing thy Heart

of

 love

Indeed, dear Nils.
An inspiring meditation here, with a somewhat jaunty air due to a dash of rhyming and the poem's shape overall. Steady and still as the way forwards resonates abundantly at my time of life.
