the one armed woman
the one armed womanran the trails
of the lamp-lit park
with desperation
in her heart
and tears in her eyes
smiles beguile
and day hides night
beneath a warm blanket
sublunary creatures
worshipping the translunary
the walk sign lit up
for a moment in time
and a bike darted across
ancient sanskrit verses:
praise the moon!
