JACKALS AT HER NAVEL
The evil male species in searchA cold snack or two, prefers hot
Alive and breathing so steady
Sleepy hollow reaches maturity
A family curse damns the next generation
Milky blood on torn flesh, vultures refuse
Kept it in the secret zone
Wickedness sly buries his bone
Returing to old vomit he retrieves
An episode to crazy not to believe
Jackals at her navel
They kneel and worship
Praises to the dead and dying
Mothers aware in denial
Covered by shame's constant lying
Jackals at her navel
Sticks and stones her makeshift grave
She rises during the screams of night
A super hero with powers by Pluto
Magnified times the speed of thought
A family curse damns the next generation
Milky blood to torn flesh, vultures refuse
Sad songs in the church choir
Calling archangels for hire
They arrive casting fire and brimstone
A mesage to the wise, leave the girls alone
Jackals at her navel
They kneel and worship
Praises to the dead and dying
Mothers aware in denial
Covered by shame's constant lying
Jackals at her navel
In a house of seven
Six
Five
Four
Three
Two
All gone but one
