Frozen sun
Those blue globes in your eyesThe shattered hatred that grows
That sound of hope in your lies
The shattered angel that glows
The way you're burning my scars
You're slowly killing my dreams
The way you're crashing my cars
As every part of me screams
On the surface of the frozen sun
We go to dance when we can no longer run
Come pick the flowers of the frozen sea
I'm dissipating I have no wish to be
The sickening scream in my mind
That keeps on feeding my guilt
I eat my eyes and go blind
I have my conscience killed
I am destroying the day
I am refusing to see
The slow, increasing decay
Of our insanity
On the surface of the frozen sun
We go to dance when we can no longer run
Come pick the flowers of the frozen sea
I'm dissipating, I have no wish to see
My eyelids knit with ten stings
I can no longer perceive
Of all those beautiful things
Which I don't want to believe
My soul is frozen - my mind
Is kept in strict disarray
I am so utterly blind
I only want to decay
On the surface of the frozen sun
We go to dance when we have nowhere to run
Come pick the flowers of the frozen sea
I'm dissipating, I have nowhere to flee
You were my frozen sun
My soul in rapid decay
Now my wings are undone
And I cannot fly away
