All The World

There was a night where visions lived and danced
Where my mind saw yours as bright as stars, clear as day,
Like the poets say I became so entranced
Now my love endures while all the world fades away,

Every moment is still now and then a look seems to come through
Although someone is there I know it's no one who looks like you,
And I will pass the time, the time will never stay
Still my love endures while all the world fades away.

Oh... so very much liked this! My favorite lines, though I liked the overall feeling of what your words express here, are:

"Like the poets say I became so entranced
Now my love endures while all the world fades away" -

like a silent, well-felt lament so filled with much emotions of care... just beautiful :)

Nabeela Altaf
You have such a knack for lullabies! They could find a home in a children's book.
