TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE
Your perfume lingers on my skinNot to be removed by any method
Tried tears and showers to no avail
Dying to forget enhanced you more
Walks in the sun, even as it rained
Talking to myself sense to nonsense
I taste you by day, suffer the nights
A candle burns so angels can rescue
Too good to be true
Are you too good to do me any good?
Why should I chance it?
Won't deny the fact, girl you can kiss!
Baby are you too good to be true?
Another girl kissed me posing with humor
Fearfully as if by magic felt your presence
Wanting love but not her lustful touch
Knew this was you baby and no such luck
Your sexy black dress hangs mentally
My thoughts won't let you disappear
Unzip my birthday present cold molasses
But the break of day reminds me in truth
Too good to be true
Fear has its hold, I fight this daily
Why should I care?
Can't figure out who you really are!
Baby are you too good to be true?
