climax (unfinished verses)

cloudy sky reflected through glass orb,
i see the world
as a passing flake
in the eye
of infinity
(i am the world)

a writer needs a voice,
dramatic ending –
gunshots and dried blood wounds

burning incense,
ancient vipisanna meditation practice,
final exhalation –
the end

do i have your full attention?
this is where it all matters,
the story you've watched develop
comes to its climax –
interactions between characters,
final words are to be spoken: closures
(but there's still a dangling end,
unresolved, clinging to the mind)

death is a closure, resolved or otherwise

(i have notebooks filled with unfinished verses)
