Don't close your mouth when you think*revised*

Just be as I will be in this poem
thank you for giving me a moment from your time:)
- The red letters are the revised content

Why is it so
that when you
that when someone else thinks that
you have a family they are heartless &
as soon as they know that you have no
one they become your family Until they
meet the next person & become heartless

again?

Why is it so
that when I am vulnerable
very vulnerable you can relate to me
believing that you have noone that you are
all alone although you know that when you
fall someone will catch you again like when
you took your very first steps?

Why is it so
that when you feel all alone
don't remember that there are others like you
that feel all alone because they keep being
compared

Why is it so
The air we all breathe and consume is
taken by the trees and given back to us
to all of us Maybe the air in my lungs is
the air you used up few days ago but
but thanks to the trees it is given back to
me

Why is it so that my tree is a naked tree
a tree in the winter with fallen leaves around it
Not alone but look at my tree:

See the twigs
stretching to the sky.

Calling for help
to the unknown,

Waiting for
divine intervention

in vain ...

Why do the tree branches
look like the roots of the tree?

The roots take
nourishment
out of the soil
¤
The leaves on the
branches give
nourishment
to the sky

As above so below?

Division is death Unity is life
We are never alone when we
evolve In the beginning we
might need to imitate but we
can become something more

See how the wind touches the green leaves
affectionately

Hear how together they create
music that is soothing to the soul

Feel how we are One

Very very nice. I especially like the stanza about the air in our lungs. Never really thought about it from that aspect but your poem has my grey matter fluttering!

So many questions, and all so well answered. I like how you brought us all together in the end, because indeed we all are as one in nature. This is beautiful.
