it is a poem about a young junky girl

it was dark with a hard fire

it was dark with a hard fire
riding the heart like a red demon
she was all alone waiting
for the firework to start
taking her far away from
all pain all guilt

the city was strange
everything looked different
she was different old new
seconds before the line was crossed
and the colors changed
into raw rupture

you gave up fell
they found you in a park
you did not see the trees
you just wanted be found
again and again
each time deeper down

there is no other key
than the one with your name
there is an urgency
the world is eating you
a magpie a cherry
there is a reason

this is enigmatic...is she dead? or is it a methaphor (for what?)

I read this as a very hot love poem, and I like it! You are a master of words and metaphors. Even if it's not that, which I doubt, it is very compelling.
