when I was homeless
they gave me shelter

when I was sick
they gave me healing

when I was mad
they showed me sanity

even useless slackers
understand the beauty
of generous souls

some or most do, not all. but yes, it is the souls connecting that matter. sometimes generosity means extending oneself through a psychic barrier. not everyone can do that. receiving also means having a willing to reach out. not so easy.
