A Valentines poem! -14th February 2015.
For there is a sightly meadow
Bordered with nettle and brook.
Frosted purple heather glisten
Under the stars;
Harmonised by our touch
That will last forever.
As the day falls into the darkness,
Your voice shows me the silence
In which to breathe,
In which to lay and wait for you.
Your lucent eyes tell a story;
And my words shall tell mine.
I don't think the full moon
Has ever shone so bright.
Perhaps we can stay here
Until nights end;
Waiting for birdsong and blue.
For today you are everything
That I know to be true.
Please, give me your hand.
