i took a look at all the casualties of our war. its not worth it girl. i surrender

i surrender

my mind's used up and bent
so many hearts broken at your expense
quantities of faceless persons there in an attempt
to rid myself of your presence
so many slaughtered spirits that were just looking for love
being used like pawns in our eternal chess game
because you know you would never be replaced
you know my memory of you would never be erased
so you play your position and i protect mine
with these constant heartless actions of mine
you've numbed my heart girl...and now others must pay
for both mine and your mistakes
passionate about my cause..some call me a terrorist
but im a terrorist for love...and i DO care about the civilians
this is an emotional war which they got caught in the middle
so this is my apology to all those hearts i have broken
as you now know at whose fault your hearts were lost
and now i say to you, my opponent...

i surrender
