There must be some somewhere. Did you know that Muhammad Ali has the record for the shortest poem. It simply says "Me we". That is kind of positive. :) This piece makes you think though :)

"Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. "For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened....

Mathew 7:7

From a book that really shows the power of words, the Bible.

You know, I wondered about that also. Once I did a search for poems that shirked negativity and just concentrated solely on the wonder and excitement and thrill of life itself. I didn't have much luck. Walt Whitman, I suppose, is the one who's always praising man and life, but even a great many of his poems are riddled with pessimism and dying and death. Nothing wrong with sad or depressing poems--I've written plenty of them myself, but it just seems telling that so many poems don't, as you phrase it, excel life. Is love of life that hard to articulate?

When the title is longer than the poem One must learn that titles(in life) don't matter that much;)
