railing against the idiots that inhabit lives
it lifted up my steps, so that I
jumped the lines and landed
squarely on squares as a
squally shower, moved east
and I floated under the umbrella
of a friendly rainbow.
I didn't find gold or even a leprachaun,
the wind was mercurial and threw
me a left handed wish
that I blew
and all did ensue
as I buttoned up, laced up
and landed
like a cloven footed goat
on the crazy cobbles
that kill your killer shoes.
A slightly buccolic wind blew me home,
after a rather rich lunch
too much garlic
I held a dainty handkerchief to my lips
as he slipped a lisp inside my ear
and wafted me (as wind does)
on the upward hill,
I blew him a kiss,
waved my rainbow
and raved at the injustice of it all
and shook the dandelion clock
I do so love a capricious wind.

Flatulence
An ebullient wind blew me in today,it lifted up my steps, so that I
jumped the lines and landed
squarely on squares as a
squally shower, moved east
and I floated under the umbrella
of a friendly rainbow.
I didn't find gold or even a leprachaun,
the wind was mercurial and threw
me a left handed wish
that I blew
and all did ensue
as I buttoned up, laced up
and landed
like a cloven footed goat
on the crazy cobbles
that kill your killer shoes.
A slightly buccolic wind blew me home,
after a rather rich lunch
too much garlic
I held a dainty handkerchief to my lips
as he slipped a lisp inside my ear
and wafted me (as wind does)
on the upward hill,
I blew him a kiss,
waved my rainbow
and raved at the injustice of it all
and shook the dandelion clock
I do so love a capricious wind.
