not sure if this is a sonnet, but I did follow the Shakesperean style of 14 lines abab cdcd efef gg. Or at least I think I did. Let me know.

Morning Sonnet

A pleasant breeze wafts
over meadows of purple clover
as the gossamer curtains
billow over me and my lover.
The sweet fragrance of morning
awakens our love's embrace.
My fingers trace his body
as his eager lips caress my face.
No words are ever spoken
as we move in harmony.
We dance to silent music
while our hearts compose a symphony.
Let's sing our song together.
Let's waltz to love forever!

Very beautiful. I see more religious and personal material from you so it kind of stunned me at first. Glad I came back it keeps getting better each read. As for the rules on form, I am an " ink stained babarian " standing outside the gates of poetry. To me though it is a great write.
