His words in my throat, his ankle in my tumour
Written 2006-07-20As I lost the world
I gently cut off my hands
Buried them in the tall grass behind the house
and got drunk

Haiku
Written 2006-07-14Now you grow silent
And only I know you still live on
In breathing wood

"And, you know, with your hair like that? It hurts to look at you."
Written 2006-07-08"You were scoping my legs, and you let the stupid door shut. You must be so hard up."
"Oh, oh, no. Leave the tights on just a few minutes more. Please."
"So according to this she was born yesterday."
"Come on, let's try to look alive. I know we all have candy hangovers. Today, we're going to be visiting Mr. Dickens' world of dark factories, grey skies, lost souls."

Haiku
Now you do not breathe no more
Written 2006-07-07I held your hand
as the last petal fell down
to the ground
I held your hand
as I watched your face unwrinkle
eyes still open
I held your hand
the night you laughed so hard
at my snowboots
I held your hand
looking like a cosmonaut
you said through tears
I hold your hand
although you got there first
free diving moons
I hold your hand
so tight they call the hospital guard
to pull me away
I still hold on
to every breath you took here
with me on earth
