A WRITERS MELTDOWN!

A writer's mind can endure a meltdown
at first go's unnoticed
then the meltdown escalates
till the writer's mind at first, implodes
then explodes, causing much colleterial damage
so the writer avoided's contacts, as best as can
that those the writer has loves and loves the writer
will one day understand
such as it all sadly is as it's is!

We are poets, we are temperamental, but in the words of Yogi Amrit Desai:

"I am not the thought I am thinking,
I am not the emotion I am feeling,
I am not the sensation in my body.
Because I am not my thoughts, my emotion or my body.
I am untouched, unaffected and independent from the drama I call my life."
I would also add "unique." *
