just as
my heart beats in a strange way
filled with the rythm of you
awakening feelings of loneliness in me
your touch is forever disguised in riddles
searching clues in my entangled mind
lost in a maze of friendship and love
and bewildered I stand watching us
counting words broken in to code
and I seek the ending to our fairy tale
just as the day is sure of passing in to night
