In America so many of our problems come from our rejection of our founders values. This trend excellerated in the past two generations.

The Old Knew Better

The old knew better
than to toss left overs out
The old knew better
than to borrow when they could go without
the old knew better
than to ignor a neighbor in need
the old knew better
than to bind what our founders had freed
the old knew better
than to devalue human life
the old knew better
than to disrespect man and wife
the old knew better
than to reject God's blessing hand
the old knew better
than to think man's savior is man

We need to have something for our future generation, I do hope we offer them an example of our lives to 'know better'. :)

oh yes! thank God for the real Savior. For man can never sacrifice all for even the most vile as did our Savior. Man can never truly understand the love that can love even though hate is given back. It takes God to understand this. He understands because he created it. Thank God and thank you for writing such a poetic sermon. I hope many read it and see the truth that it speaks.
