One bleak night in March 2008, Lauren, aged only 21, crashed her car into a tree, and died, we weren't close friends, but any lonely person near her always received a warm "hello" and a friendly chat.

I wrote the following about her, and now feel able



In Rememberance of Lauren


Widest of flowers in the glade of my thought,
I'll never forget you and all that you brought -
Wherever I go, so your loveliness will -
To melt through the moments more hauntingly still...
