I wrote this is the perspective of a guy to a girl. I don't know if it's finished or not...

Don't Die On Me

I know your life

Isn't going where you want it to,

You say it's going too

Slow for you.

You just want to

Be free.

Your eyes

Have a rare thing about them,

And I know that I can't

Live without them,

Always looking

Back at me.

I know you aren't that strong

Compared to me,

But your heart is

Stronger then I'll ever be.

Baby, please don't

Die on me.

John Ashleigh
An emphasis of longing, desire, and yearning to be still and secure. A clever and meaningful write, NorthStar -- I enjoyed it. Keep writing, my friend.

Regards,
John.
