They could not see , would not seeRefused to see
Preferring to look the other way
Could not hear , would not hear
Turing a deafened ear
Refusing to listen not to what was being said
Would , could not read , refusing to read
Then one day it were to late
They collectively , said '' well don't blame us! ''
