The poor becoming poorer
By the day
More join them day by day
The sick getting sicker , no hope
Doctors , first concern bank balance
Cost efficiency , cost effective
Rights , taken away , daily
Profits , greed , rule the day
The golf , widens , those with
Those with out
More with out than those with so much
Those with so little pay more tax's
Those with so much , pay little tax
The malty national corporations
If any tax at all
The poor have to decide eat or not eat
Pay the never ending bill's , thats the rub
Heat or eat , that kind of decision
Have to make , daily
The political road to the right taken
The situation , becoming worse , daily

We now live in bad timesThe poor becoming poorer
