ABOUT ME
Hello to everybody! So here I am: just a dreamer and simply romantic, a person loving poetry of different centuries and varied styles. Actually I am a linguist and interpreter by education but work as an editor and journalist. My particular preferences are works by Francesco Petrarca and Dante, also the imagery and power of Percy Bysshe Shelley and John Keats, the pathos and eternal reminiscences of Alexandr Blok and Marina Tsvetaeva, the symbolism and decadence of Charles Baudelaire and Paul Verlaine, the vivid passion of Rabindranath Tagore and Omar Hayam, the reserved passion of haiku.
My native language is Russian, so your critical views on my poems are very welcome: I am a beginner in writing poems in English and would be only glad about your advices!
