Ok well, I was putting some thoughts down about the coldheartedness of procedures which led me to think about all the justifications behind them. Which got me thinking about justification in general. So I looked up some quotes and found the one by Wilhelm Reich. Then I got a little carried away and thought it might be a fun challenge to create more quotes. Something a little different I guess. Although any words or poetry about justification is fine to :-)

Justification - "an explanation that frees one from fault or blame"
Justification (A Challenge Theme)
“You think the end justifies the means, however vile. I tell you: the end is the means by which you achieve it. Today's step is tomorrow's life. Great ends cannot be attained by base means. You've proved that in all your social upheavals. The meanness and inhumanity of the means make you mean and inhuman and make the end unattainable.”
― Wilhelm Reich
Some from me:
How can all the inhumanities of mankind hide behind such a small word?
When will the weight of all mankind's inhumanities finally break the back of justification?
The most humane action that humanity could ever take would be to strike the word justification from the lexicon of life.
Justification the deadliest weapon ever devised by man.
Justification should be held under the tightest of security and only be deployed in the most extreme circumstances.
Justification has been abused so much is should file for damages.
