After reading some very sensitive poetry today, I am brought to this...
The Weight of A Tear
A single tearFlows down my cheek
It holds the weight of the world
Inside this drop
Beats a heart of love
Opened and filled with rain
Loneliness
Grief
Sorrow
Despair
Help form this pearl of pain
As it flows down
It stains my face
With
Memories
Yearnings
And
Fears
It may come upon my soul
In a moment
But sometimes
It takes many years
It is the suffering
That causes me to cry
For those who live
Inside a hollow world
That holds for them
No tenderness
No hope
No help
No
