this poem knocked on my door while I was writing a message to
a person who has become so very dear to me (as she has to many of you out there on the bay), Zoya. Your warm welcome, continuous encouragements and friendship is treasured.

There is a bird
in Aligarh
you might have heard her song
about the Mustard Fields of far
that's where this bird has home

There is a bird
in Aligarh
with colours oh so rare
the colour rainbow has her love
and crimson her despair

There is a bird
in Aligarh
her wings wrap `round the globe
and on her head a jewel set crown
though humble is her robe

I want to thank
this little bird
who gently flies above
the orange skies of Aligarh
to adorn us all with love

Very beautiful tribute to a beautiful woman from another beautiful woman. Incidentally I am seeing your souls at this time and it is bright and shiny here.

Awwww!
Dear Laurdes, what have you done?
You have brought tears to my eyes.
Here I was going to my clinic to start
My daily grind, and you come and make my day shine so sunny bright, now I'll
Be going about with a silly grin on my face,
My patients will wonder, what is wrong with the doctor, usaully so proper and prim?
How am I to explain to them, a bird from Norway,
Came and sang the sweetest of song,
In my ears, that made my heart leap,
Said those kind words, I know, I never desrve a day!
How am I to contain my happiness today?

(((((hugs dear Laurdes, for making my day!))))

Love, And may God Bless you, this very day!
