Dolphin
There is a soft metallic sheenOn the still water at sunset
That broaches effortlessly
With hardly a ripple
The dolphin arrives
Unanticipated unplanned
A routine unincumbered
By my wished for joy
It moves with languid liquid grace
To rhythms sinuous and calm
Yet unexplored or touched upon
In my reveries profound
