The Paladin rides again. Just some fun really, but in truth its been no joy since they stopped tying maidens to trees.

Still A Hot blood man by M.A.Meddings

Is there another
Damsel in distress
One thats got herself in
some sort of a mess
one who has a pretty
smile upon her face
a girl full of daintiness
charm wit and grace

Then I will be her Paladin
A bold knight of old and chance
Though my armour's slightly rusty
and I had a better lance
I have a spirit that is dashing
and a kiss thats so sublime
well no I havnt really
its just my chat up line

Are there any Barons
wicked as can be
That has a nubile maiden
Then Tie her up for me
I have been so redundant
Since womens lib came round
No dastardly bounders
Nor Dragons to be found

No pretty girl to rescue
No chance to ply my sword
If you find a blonde or brunette
then kindly have a word
I need someone to rescue
A princess is prefered
but if you cannot find one
an ordinary sort of 'bird'

I will treat her sort of gentle
I will even let her go
But only when I've kissed her
beneath that mistletoe
I was once a bold Paladin
from the court of Charlamagne
and even though i'm old and grey
I am still a hot blood man

the allure is not in the armour, not in the sword, but in the desire, the strength of a savior and gentleman that draws the maiden herself to that tree and uses what she has to tie herself up and await the Paladin's rescue. The kiss is a given.
so well done, again. xxkathy
