Mindful Breathing

Breathing in, you go so deep
As a dream, when you sleep
Breathing out, you go slowly
As inner peace is endlessly...

Breathing in, you are alive
Guiding your mind for overdrive
Breathing out, wisdom in your mind
Enlightened thought, you will find.

In -out breath mindfully
Understanding will be
In –out breath mindfully
Compassion will be

Breathing in, being so free
As a cloud in the sky
Breathing out, kindness will be
Lifting your soul so high and high

In –out breath mindfully
Interbeing will be
In –out breath mindfully
Enlightenment will be

Breathing in, love is so real
Wise words are born to heal
Breathing out, a cloud to smile
Happiness is not awhile.

A simple act called, 'Breathing' is chosen
And the poet has analyzed it skillfully
He has rhymed the poem so nicely
We can't stop enjoying for obvious reason

I truly now wonder to feel 'breathing'
As that is automatically taking place
We must surely admire body's grace
The poem is like breathing soothing.
