This poem belongs to my collection: ELEPHANT that is a group of poems to meditate and to heal deep inside.
Dear child
I know you are there.
I know I’ve ignored your voice.
I left you crying with no choice.
Life was not more than being wild.
Dear child
I am here to take care.
Let me dry the tears on your face.
Let me hug you with my inner grace.
Dear child
Maybe you lost faith in me,
But I was not conscious we were one.
Lovely child
It’s time to heal and shine like the sun.
Let the past fade away and you’ll see,
We can grow deeper and stronger.
We don’t need to wait so much longer.
Dear child
I am here for you.
And I am sure you’re here for me.
Those wounds were allowed by me.
I am here to heal and to protect you.
Dear child
It’s time when we reconciled.
Dear child
We can be solid and free.
Let the tears of happiness
Wash our face with tenderness.
Dear child
I warm you softly as the leaves in a tree.
Dear child
I am here for you.
To take care of you.
