Captured and free.

Captured and free.

Written by Louise E.

The heart was captured,
But now its free.
The heart was reduced,
To nothing you see.
It closed down all doors,
And nothing was there.
In my deepest valley,
I run in dis spear.
I looked all around me,
And there was no light.
Just that morning bird,
Singing its song of delight.
Now I am addicted,
To the song of that bird,
My heart is wounded,
By the arrow,
Of cupid.
And I don't know ,
Where to turn.
Then back to source.
Searching the shelter,
For my heart.
Searching the warmth,
The shelter,
Against the hurt.
That was brought about.
I opened my heart,
To source up above,
And he made me feel,
The warmth of his love.
